Poem #4:

Climate's Crisis

10/01/2024: A response to the on going natural disaster's...

Nature's crying, tears from the sky,

but we turn a blind eye and don't ask why.

The world's on fire, forests burn high;

yet we keep on living like it's all a lie.

Pollution in the air, plastic in the sea,

Species are disappearing, can't you see?

Global warming's real, it's not a fantasy;

but we're too busy chasing vanity.

The ice is melting, the seas are rising;

the warning signs we keep denying.

Plastic islands, oceans suffocating;

It's time to stop procrastinating.

We gotta unite, find common ground,

spread awareness; let's all astound.

Reduce, recycle, be aware;

it's time to show the Earth we truly care.
